Cancer :(

This topic is a hard one for me...

Many of you know I am fighting cancer and some of you dont. Well It's a struggle I have been facing for a long while. I tryed to hide it from people so they would not pitty me. I don't want peoples pitty, I want their understand!

It's hard to face the fact that you are fighting cancer. It's something you think you will never have to do. I have even had people tell me that they will not get cancer cause they are healthier then me. CANCER DON'T CARE! It will get you no matter what race, age, sex, health... It will attack and let up... It has made the strongest man weak, the fastest man slow, the prettiest women feel ugly, the young feel old, the weak feel even weaker... it don't care... You think eatting right, not smoking, not drinking, exercise will stop it? Think again... I want to share a list with you, a list of people who have/had or lost the fight with cancer...

I have been spit on, gum thrown at me, told to kill myself all cause I look sick! NO SHIT! IM FIGHTING CANCER! People wonder why I love my video games.. cause in the games i dont have cancer! Im not dying from it. People dont judge me. 1. My dad lost his battle with Brain cancer in 2003, just 8 days after my son was born. In his last 6 months of life the cancer had spread through out his entire body. And I have seen first hand how cruel some people can be. My dad had brain surgery to try to remove the tumor and when he was released from the hospital, he had a drainage tube attached to his head...people actually pointed, laughed, and made jokes about my dad "the cancer patient", "the freak". He wanted to go home and kill himself because of those idiots! I was just 8 years old when my dad was first diagnosed with it and didnt understand what was going on. All I knew was that dad had lots of appointments and had to take special medicine so he wouldnt shake(have seizures). Even after 12 years, I never got use to watching dad have seizures. Every one of them were just as scary as the first one I ever saw as a little girl. I HATE cancer! I have a dear friend battling Lung cancer, lost a friend to lung cancer, know a handful of women that have had breast cancer (thankfully they have all beat it) and of course you, another dear friend of mine battling gastric cancer. I completely understand you not wanting to go out in public, people are bastards! You just need to worry about Leslie and nobody else! Take care of yourself and with the medical advances out there today, you CAN beat this!
